It's a perfect combination of an exceptionally... read more well designed space, the most generous provision of drinks and snacks we've ever experienced, and hosts who are fully invested in their role. Jet introduced himself, and two of the local wallabies, on day 1. He was readily available for tips about the area. And we took his Escape from Port Arthur tour...a highlight. I highly recommend everything about this special place.

  Wonderful place to unwind

  Wow! Rachel & Jet were fantastic hosts and their beautifully styled house allowed us to spend quality time as a family in the home without the need to venture... read more out, although there were certainly options here. We did taste some local wines at a cellar door close by.
Furnishings were modern and the linen bedding and down pillows made for a very comfortable sleep. Bathroom products were high end. The setting was peaceful and so relaxing. Our girls got to spend some time with their horses which was an unexpected bonus and a great treat. The location is great if you want peace and tranquility. There’s even a chance to sit around the outdoor fire pit and refine your “toasting marshmallow” skills and have a great conversation or be hypnotised by the flames of the fire. We would definitely stay again.

Ample supply of luxurious bath products, JUST WOW!!!
BUT… the best part was Jet and Rachel.. what Amazing people.. we were thrilled when they agreed to join us for a glass of wine around the fire pit one night. We were literally surrounded by by their family of wallabies and were able to hand fed them. Really enjoyed meeting the horses and giving them a bit of an afternoon snack.
Ask Jet about his tours of Port Arthur. We attended his talk on Isle of the Dead. Wonderful historical stories of the people who lived and died there.
This was for us a highlight of our 4 month trip. We’re so very happy to have been able to stay 4 nights, wished it could have been longer.

The effort and love shines through with very lux bathroom fit outs coupled with the care shown in the food selection for the guests in the kitchen. Highly recommend
